Interactive higher-dimensional toy with a rotating tesseract
Remember when we tested how good LLMs were at coding with a ball bouncing inside a spinning hexagon? That was less than two years ago.
I wondered how far today's models could take the same idea. Seems like you can go very far with something like Claude Opus 5.5
We swapped the hexagon for a tesseract turning in 4D, and it grew from there: a view through the ball's own eyes, 4D slices, free fly, even a chair in every cell so you keep your sense of direction. It ended up as a toy anyone curious about higher dimensions can play with.
Thanks to @theo for the reminder of the hexagon test.
